Refund policy

*Don't like the fragrance?*

No problem! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund your order (excluding shipping).


* Missing Items*
- If an item is missing in the transition of shipment, a replacement or a full refund may be requested.
- DOMESTIC ORDERS: Please wait at least two weeks after shipment before the item is declared missing.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders shipped internationally can take up to two months to reach their destination. Please let us know in due time if the item has never arrived.

*Damaged Items*
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for a replacement or a refund.
- Be ready to provide photo evidence of the damage.

*Melted Items*
- In the case of lip balms, solid perfumes, and body butters, please know that these items are prone to melt during warmer months when left inside of mailboxes or in transition.
- Please contact us as soon as possible for any questions regarding items that have melted in transition.
